How rental works

Four steps from the device you want to your event.

1.Send your inquiry
Choose your devices and send us your inquiry. You will receive a quote from us.
2.Delivery
Our delivery partners bring the devices to you. Set-up and take-down on site can be booked in addition.
3.Use
Everything the device needs to operate is included. You switch it on and get started.
4.Support
Should you have any questions during your rental, just give our technicians a call for prompt assistance.
5.Return
After your evebt, the devices will be collected by us again.

Delivery to Vienna, Salzburg, Munich, Stuttgart, ...

We deliver within Austria, Germany and Switzerland. Delivery is handled by our logistics partners, and you can handle setup and dismantling yourself with the help of our video guides. In selected regions we can also provide technicians to take care of setup and dismantling for you. Delivery costs are calculated individually based on your request and the distance from our warehouses.

Prefer to pick up the equipment yourself? You are welcome to do so at our warehouse near Vienna.

Everything included, and more if you want it

Everything the device needs to operate is included in the rental. You can rent it just as it is, with the operating system installed (Windows 11 or Android, depending on the device). Or you can add services from us: TouchLay Present, custom software, or a test of your website or app in advance so that everything works as expected on the day of use.
